These terms govern your use of tausquareacademy.com, our WhatsApp services, our mobile application, and the educational programs we offer. By using the website, messaging us, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

2. What We Provide

We provide structured education in medical-research methodology — the 100-Hour Protocol — comprising:

  A phase-based video curriculum and learning materials.

  Mentor guidance and doubt-resolution support, as included in the specific program you purchase.
• →
  Free introductory content (Phase 1) and a free Research Strategy Call.

The scope, duration, and inclusions of each paid program (Foundations, Accelerator, Fellowship) are described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility & Your Account

  You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to enrol in a paid program.

  You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your sign-in credentials confidential.

  An enrolment is personal to you. Sharing account access or program materials with others is not permitted and may lead to suspension of access without refund.

4. Payments

  Base prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Students in India can pay the equivalent in Indian Rupees — with No-Cost EMI options — processed securely by Razorpay. International students pay in USD by card, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or banking details.

  International card payments are charged in USD. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank or card network applies its own conversion rate.
• →
  Program access is granted after your payment is confirmed.
• →
  Instalment or EMI options, where offered, are provided through the payment partner and are subject to that partner's terms.
• →
  Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials — videos, frameworks, templates, documents, and the structure of the curriculum itself — are the intellectual property of Tau Square Academy. Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You may not record, reproduce, share, resell, or publicly post any program materials without our written permission.

6. Educational Nature & No Guaranteed Outcomes

We teach research methodology and mentor you through applying it. By enrolling you acknowledge that:

  The methodologies taught are educational frameworks. The research you produce is your own work, carried out under your responsibility.

  Publication acceptance is decided by independent, peer-reviewed journals and conferences. No specific publication, presentation, examination, or career outcome is guaranteed.

  You are responsible for complying with your institution's rules and with applicable research-ethics and authorship standards.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, app, or WhatsApp service — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content, disrupting the service, sending unlawful or abusive messages, or making fraudulent bookings or payments. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tau Square Academy's total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the program giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
