Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid programs purchased on tausquareacademy.com, operated by Tau Square Academy — a sole proprietorship registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

1. The Short Version

All sales are final once program access begins. Our programs are high-touch mentorship: when you enrol, a seat is reserved, senior-mentor time is committed to you, and the full curriculum opens to you from day one. For that reason, fees are not refundable after access has been granted.

We keep this fair by letting you evaluate us properly before you pay:

  Phase 1 is free — experience the actual teaching before spending a rupee.
• →
  The Research Strategy Call is free — 15 minutes with our team to confirm the program fits your goals and timeline before you enrol.

2. What Is Refundable

  Cancellation before access begins — if you cancel after paying but before your program access has been granted, you are eligible for a full refund.
• →
  Duplicate payments — if you are charged more than once for the same enrolment, the duplicate amount is refunded in full.
• →
  Failed transactions — if money is debited but your enrolment is not activated, the amount is refunded in full once the failure is confirmed with the payment gateway.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

  Email billing@tausquareacademy.com from your registered email with your payment reference — the transaction ID from your receipt (Razorpay for payments in India, Stripe for international cards).

  We respond within 2 business days.
• →
  Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — via Razorpay for payments made in India, or Stripe for international cards — within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

  International refunds are returned in the original transaction currency to the card used. Any difference in value from exchange-rate movement between the charge and the refund is set by your card network and is outside our control.

4. Instalment / EMI Enrolments

EMI and instalment plans are agreements with the payment partner. Once program access begins, the same policy applies: the enrolment is final and remaining instalments fall due per your plan. Any charges levied by the EMI provider are governed by that provider's terms.

5. Strategy Calls & Bookings

Research Strategy Calls are free of charge. You can reschedule or cancel your call at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp — no fees, no questions.
